Pre-Order & Pre-Sale Cancellation Policy

Pre-Orders & Pre-Sales

A pre-order or pre-sale allows you to purchase an item before it is available for shipment. Payment is collected in full at checkout.

Estimated Shipping Dates

Please review the product page for the estimated shipping timeframe before placing your order. Shipping dates are estimates and may change. If your pre-order is delayed, we will notify you by email with updated information.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

You may cancel your pre-order or pre-sale purchase at any time before it ships. To request cancellation, email info@resilientactive.com with your order number.

Pre-orders cancelled before shipment will receive a full refund to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

After Shipment

Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Any return or exchange request will be handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy, including applicable eligibility requirements and exclusions.

Regular Purchases

This policy applies to pre-orders and pre-sales. For regular, in-stock purchases, please refer to our Shipping Policy and Return & Exchange Policy.
