1. What your bundle includes

The Move in Resilient bundle includes:

• One featured Resilient Active sports bra.
• One pair of leggings or shorts, selected at purchase.
• One day pass to Guayaera in Paradise at Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico in Río Grande on December 5, 2026.
• Participation in the morning Move in Resilient activation, scheduled from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., including Yoga/Mobility Flow, Pilates, and Bootcamp.
• Pool and beach access, music and entertainment, and paddleboard and kayak activities included with the day pass.

Move in Resilient is a bundle offered in connection with Guayaera in Paradise. Hotel and organizer admission requirements, participation rules, and amenity operating conditions apply.

Services and amenities not expressly listed as included are not part of the bundle.

2. Pricing and registration

Early-bird pricing is $109 per person through November 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Puerto Rico time.

Regular pricing is $119 per person starting November 16, 2026.

Applicable taxes are additional and displayed before payment. Included shipping is subject to the eligibility conditions below.

Each purchase covers one attendee and one clothing set. Capacity is limited to 100 paid attendees. Your spot is confirmed only after successful payment.

Please retain your purchase confirmation for check-in and customer support.

3. Clothing selection and availability

Select leggings or shorts and choose your bottom and sports bra sizes separately when purchasing. Style and size availability may vary.

Please review the size guides and your selections before completing payment.

We plan to provide the featured set pictured on the sales page. If an unexpected inventory or delivery delay affects your selected set, we will contact you before the activation and provide the available options.

You may choose to:

• Approve an available alternative set after reviewing its style and color.
• Receive the featured set later, shipped at no additional cost, after agreeing to an updated shipping timeline.
• Cancel your bundle before attending and receive a full refund if neither option works for you.

No substitution will be made without your approval.

4. Shipping eligibility and timing

Shipping within Puerto Rico and the United States is included for eligible purchases completed by the shipping cutoff displayed on the sales page and registration form.

The shipping purchase cutoff is November 27, 2026. The exact cutoff time will be displayed before purchase to allow processing before the final carrier collection.

Shipping is planned for November 25–27, 2026, with final dispatch on November 27, 2026.

Dispatch means handing the package to the carrier. Dispatch dates are not delivery dates, and transit time varies by destination. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Please supply a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if you need to correct it; changes may not be possible once fulfillment has begun.

If we cannot ship within the stated window, we will notify you, provide an updated timeline, and explain your options for accepting the delay or canceling and receiving a refund. Accepting these terms alone does not constitute agreement to a future shipping delay.

5. Pickup for later purchases

Purchases completed after the shipping cutoff require pickup at the December 5 Move in Resilient activation.

Pickup location, hours, and instructions will be provided before December 5. Please bring your purchase confirmation.

If you prefer pickup for an otherwise shipping-eligible order, contact us to arrange it. Pickup arrangements must be confirmed by Resilient Active and do not reduce the bundle price.

6. Customer cancellations and refunds

You may request a full refund through November 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Puerto Rico time, provided your clothing set has not shipped.

After that deadline, purchases are final for changes of mind or inability to attend.

This restriction does not limit the remedies described in the set availability and delivery sections, the organizer cancellation/rescheduling policy below, or applicable consumer rights.

7. Attendee transfers and selection changes

You may request an attendee transfer through November 30, 2026.

Transfers require confirmation from Resilient Active. The original purchaser should contact us with the purchase reference and replacement attendee’s information.

An attendee transfer does not automatically change the selected clothing style, sizes, or delivery address. Clothing and address changes are subject to availability and fulfillment status and must be approved by Resilient Active.

Please do not assume a requested change or transfer is complete until you receive confirmation.

8. Cancellation or rescheduling by the organizers

Guayaera in Paradise and hotel scheduling decisions are managed by their respective organizers. Resilient Active does not control those decisions and will notify purchasers when a cancellation or rescheduling affecting their bundle is confirmed.

For cancellation and rescheduling refunds, the bundle price is allocated as follows, before taxes:

• Clothing set, including shipping: $65.
• Day pass and included Move in Resilient activation: $44 for early-bird purchases or $54 for regular-price purchases.

If Guayaera in Paradise is canceled, you may keep or receive your clothing set and receive a refund of the admission portion, together with the applicable tax attributable to that portion.

If it is rescheduled, you may accept the new date or decline it and receive the same admission-portion refund while keeping or receiving your clothing set.

If your clothing has not shipped or been collected, you may instead cancel the entire bundle and receive a full refund. If clothing has already been delivered, contact us to arrange a prepaid return of the unworn, unwashed set with its tags attached for a full bundle refund.

Admission-portion refunds are not conditional on Resilient Active receiving reimbursement from the organizers. Approved refunds will be initiated within 10 business days; your payment provider’s posting time may vary.

These provisions do not restrict applicable consumer rights or the remedies provided under our set availability and delivery policy.

9. Parking and additional charges

Parking is not included in the bundle.

The hotel offers special activity parking pricing, payable separately. The confirmed rate and parking instructions will be shared before December 5.

Do not assume that food, beverages, accommodation, transportation, or other hotel services are included unless expressly stated on the sales page.

10. Participation and check-in

Please follow the check-in instructions provided before December 5 and comply with hotel, organizer, and instructor rules.

Any organizer-required participation acknowledgment or waiver will be communicated separately. These bundle terms do not replace those requirements.

Nothing in these terms limits rights available under applicable law.
