Shipping Methods & Carriers
We offer free shipping on all orders within Puerto Rico and the United States. Customers may choose to upgrade to a faster FedEx shipping option at an additional cost at checkout.
Processing Time
• Please note that shipping times do not include the standard 1–3 business day processing time required for order fulfillment.
• Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days once shipped.
• Shipping times may vary depending on your region.
International Shipping
• Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders.
• International shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on location.
Shipment Tracking
• You can track your order using the tracking information provided in your shipment confirmation email.
• Alternatively, you can log in to your account at Resilientactive.com to check your order status.
• Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout to ensure you receive your confirmation and tracking information. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder as it may have been filtered by your email provider.
Changing Shipping Address
• Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been fulfilled.
• We will only ship to the address provided at the time of purchase.
• If an incorrect address was provided, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred.
Lost or Stolen Packages
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
• If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend filing a claim with USPS, Fedex or your designated shipping carrier.
Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete. If a package is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost of reshipping the order.
If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or undeliverable address, we will notify the customer via email. The customer will have 5 business days to respond and coordinate reshipment. Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, the order will be cancelled and a store credit will be issued for the value of the items, minus the original shipping cost.
