Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day return & exchange policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

Exceptions: Final Sale (No Returns or Exchanges)

•       Swimwear bottoms and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

•       Accessories such as socks, headbands, hats, caps, and sweatbands are final sale.

•       Sale items (products already marked down in price) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

•       Gift cards are final sale.

 

Discount Code Purchases

If your order was placed using a discount code at checkout, the purchase is eligible for exchange only, no refunds will be issued. The item must still meet all standard return eligibility requirements.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

•       Be in its original condition — unworn, unused, free of deodorant stains, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

•       Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

•       Be initiated within the 14-day window from the delivery date.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or undelivered returns. If your original order qualified for free shipping and you request a refund, the shipping cost we incurred to deliver your order will be deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable as they cover the cost of shipping and handling.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at info@resilientactive.com. Each request is evaluated in the order received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM AST). You will receive a response within 3–5 business days with further instructions. Once your return is approved, you have 14 days to ship the item back to us. Requests not shipped within this window will be automatically cancelled. Once we receive your return, please allow 1–5 business days for processing. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@resilientactive.com so we can resolve the issue.

 

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or product, here’s how exchanges work:

•       Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

•       The item must be unworn, unused, free of deodorant stains, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

•       Once your exchange is approved, you have 14 days to ship the item back to us. Requests not shipped within this window will be automatically cancelled.

•       Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we receive and approve the return, we will ship the exchange to you at no additional cost.

•       Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is no longer available, we will issue store credit for the full value of the item.

•       Store credit is also available as an alternative to an exchange if you prefer.

•       Only one exchange is permitted per original order.

•       Final sale items (sale-priced products, swimwear bottoms, underwear, and accessories) are not eligible for exchange.

•       Orders placed with a discount code are eligible for exchange but not for a refund.

 

Refunds

Refunds are issued for eligible full-price items that are unworn, unused, and returned within the 14-day policy window. Please note:

•       Items purchased at a discounted price (sale items) are not eligible for refunds.

•       Items purchased using a discount code are eligible for exchange only, not a refund.

•       Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds may take time to reflect depending on your bank or credit card provider.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Shipping Liability

Resilient Active is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once a package leaves our headquarters with the correct shipping information, we are no longer liable. No refunds or credits will be issued for loss or theft after shipment. All packages are insured through USPS; however, it is the customer’s responsibility to file and manage any claims directly with the carrier.

Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete. If a package is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost of reshipping the order.
